Great App For Custom Workouts

does what its supposed to do as you would expect it to do it.

Mostly good

This app works well most of the time, just a few things I would change: 1) App often stops working (without warning) if minimized. 2) Consider offering a variety of sounds for the alarms. 3) Asks me to review it positively EVERY TIME I open the app. Though it worked, I am reviewing, its not one of my more positive reviews. That all being said, its free and works fine most of the time so I continue to use it.

Great app- changed my life

Simple to use. Able to hear my workout music at the same time the timer is running. Keeps track of how many reps you have done. The only way I have been able to lose weight was switching to this interval training.

SIT Trainer is Easy to Use!

I dont know about you, but when I started running I thought it exhausting to try to run the entire route, but then a friend recommended that I try interval running. Then I need to find a timer, and thats where the set timer came in. Its really easy to use, you just set how long do you want to run and how long you want to rest, you can put it at one minute or three minutes or whatever you like. Easy-peasy lemon squeezy! The only minor problem Ive had with it from time to time, is that it sometimes pause my actual running app, but only if I start that up, and then start the SIT timer. Hey solve that problem by starting the SIT timer before I start my running app.

Love it for cycling

I put my Bluetooth in my ear and now dont have to count in my head or keep looking at my Sigma bike monitor or watch. Perfect for intervals on my bike. Would love to have 4 time options so I can vary the intervals more. Like 90 seconds @ 70%, 30 second rests, 4 rounds then 30 seconds @ 90%, 60 rest for 6 rounds

Use for run/walk program. Works great. Start app first, then your music or it turns your music off.

Simply the best

Its very simple to use and you dont have to be hassled by ads like other timers out there. I set it up and let it run. I can also listen to music while this app runs. Major bonus

I love this app. Use it all the time for HIIT and planking intervals, etc. It always works well and is so easy to use.

Perfect for Training

I got this app to help me train for my PT test and it has worked perfectly for my sets. I love that it beeps 3 times before starting the next part and has a series of quick beats to let you know its over. Id recommend this for any timed training!

Only workout timer I use

I use this timer to do a variety of exercises. The countdown beeps before starting and just before the set ends are really helpful. App is easy to use!

Keep it simple stupid. Thats what makes this program so great! Simple easy to set-up and use. It does cause the music from my "Map My Walk" app to stop playing l when I turn it on. But no big deal I just turn the music app on and finish my training.
